From the late and sorely missed founder . . .

I am Sue Reid, and I am excited about this Concierge service. I want to warn you as a traveler that you might fall in love with San Miguel Allende. I spent my first summer here with my family in 1972 and my heart never left. Malcom Lowry wrote, “He upon whose heart the dust of Mexico has lain, will find no peace in any other land.” I returned many years later to paint and enjoy living in Mexico and have spent over 20 years fulfilling my dream. My greatest desire is to show you the real Mexico and open those beautiful doors so that you might know this area. I know that we can offer you our experience of living in Mexico to know the best there is to offer so that you might learn to love this magical, historical, timeless city.
Throughout the years I have lived in San Miguel, I have entertained and shown this city to many of my family, friends and other visitors. I continue to enjoy being very active in many local community projects including the local Library, Charities, and Botanical Garden.
I know this city very well and all that it offers the people that visit. I have seen a great change in San Miguel through my 23 years of living here. Our small village has changed and grown to be rated as one of the most desirable cities to live in and visit in the Americas. The restaurants are superb and the arts incomparable and accessible to all. So join us in our adventure where the sun is always shining and the bells continually ring and enjoy the excitement of the experience of visiting this special place.
